Perfection By MAC

MAC Cosmetics has always promoted individuality and artistic freedom within their brand. The company offers a sense of accessibility to their products and to anyone who enjoys the art of make up, hence their motto “All ages. All Sexes. All races.”MAC constitutes a great proportion of my make-up collection. Here is a bit more detailed information about them.

Studio Careblend/Pressed Powder (light plus)I simply adore this powder. So soft and silky. After applying foundation I use this to set it and take away shine. It completes the flawless natural look.

Kinda Sexy Matte Lipstick – Absolute perfection. It has an amazing colour opacity – peachy nude. The people who are always worried about nude lipsticks that how it can go with pale skin, have the solution now! Most nudes always make lips look nonexistent, but Kinda Sexy is the exception!
This lipstick is also absolutely beautiful for a dark smokey eye. Its matte finish doesn’t dry up but still it is advisable to use a lip balm so that the colour doesn’t dry your lips out. Just swipe a balm on the centre of the lips if required and its as good as new!

Prep+Prime Vibrancy Eye Primer – It is a light pinky cream with the tiniest bit of reflective quality (not shimmer) that blends in easily and smoothens the undereye area. It helps to camouflage but still looks natural. The packaging is fairly basic – a pump, which I really appreciate for an eye product, for hygiene purposes. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who is searching for a new product to substitute concealer.

Zoom Fast Black Lash Mascara – This is one of my all time favourite mascaras! Super deeply dark drama black, and gives tons of volume. It goes on easily and provides rich colour. Also perfect for those who want a more "done up" look for special occasions.

Pro Longwear Paint Pot Peintures (stormy pink) – Highly recommend. I'm using this almost every day. I use it as a base for whatever eyeshadow look I want to do (I mix them with this stormy pink colour and get perfect shade). It is very creamy so I make sure to apply a very thin layer. Perfect for covering veins, long-wearing, colourfast.

Pigment Kitschmas – shimmering pink/mauve pearl. I think a lot of people forget that pigments are very versatile. You can use this pigment as a highlight colour, for the inner corners or for the eyelid if you’re really going for a subtle natural look. Or, you can mix it with a lip gloss (like a clear lip gloss) and create a very shimmery lip. Or, you can blot a tiny bit of the pigment over a lipstick or gloss in the centre of your lower lip to add a bit of shimmer and create an illusion of a fuller lip.
