Breakfast at "Societe Cafe"

This morning we were too hungry and were looking for the place to eat healthy and satisfying. So we decided to go somewhere not so popular, but cozy. And here it is..! Societe Cafe is located in the center of city, very close to our university - a few minutes' walk away. You can see our choice of breakfast (Societe Breakfast Platter, French toast, Pancake) below. We have a guest!

Hi everybody! And finally here is a new post! As you know, we are 3rd year students and it is the last week of the winter semester which is full of quizzes, colloquiums. So it took a week to meet and decide to which photos to post. This shooting was a week ago and first on the blog, we had a guest - instablogger Elif Karaman. We agreed to wear in different styles, which is perfectly described on the pictures. Enjoy it!

Paris atmosphere in Baku streets

We really had lots of fun during this photoshooting. I'm going to describe it step by step. So our day started by drinking coffee with our friends in Gloria Jean's. Lots of conversation, lots of laughter.. After relaxing our face muscles, we went to Paris Bistro which is newly opened. There is something special about this cafe. It has distinctive atmosphere that makes you feel in Paris. So we decided to have our shooting there. First, because of a sunny day in winter our mood was high as is clearly shown on the photos. Moreover we enjoyed every second of the shooting that it turned to a great memory for us..

Echoes

There are pretty much a million different things and details that you can play with when it comes to fashion and styling an outfit, and I'm a huge fan of getting creative with all these and coming up with new, interesting combinations. As you see I am wearing a little black dress with open track sole bootie which I commonly use for summer outfits. But why not use my summer wardrobe wisely in winter?! So..here it is! Doesn't it look so stylish? I think everyone should try to create and add something from herself to show her style up. And while using fade colors, I like soft make up. I know it looks a bit dramatic, but still nice.

Gunay prefers leather in today's outfit which is widely used in winter. Isn't it a perfect original prewinter look? I mean, leather skirt, leather boots, leather bag.. in short, comfy and chic look!

Shades of Cool

It's almost winter in Baku; full of just plain cloudy grayness all day long with little breaks of rain. Since the days started to get colder, I've been on the hunt for warm but stylish clothes to carry me through until next summer. And here we are. Actually, there is one more reason except drinking coffee that makes me love winter. I think all women would agree with me in this point that winter helps us to cover our bodies and hide all the things that we don't like in our bodies. For instance, we all desire long slim legs that winter helps us to create this illusion of course, by wearing right pieces. Starting with my leather effect trousers, if you wear such kind of skinny trousers with the same color and similar material boots, it will make your legs look longer than they really are. One more trick, try to use them with huge fur outerwear: while your top is large, your bottom looks skinnier. In Gunay's outfit, such kind of pants create flawless look, which I simply adore and they are definitely must have! Wearing these pants with nude stilettos is another way of slim legs. That's all about our outlook, do not hesitate to share your opinion and questions with us!

Cold Chic

I don't know why everybody's wearing black or dark colors in winter. I understand they fit with white snow cover, but still, don't you think that you can make your look better by adding some colors?! My winter wardrobe is also full of black clothes, yet I prefer colorful outerwear. Color selection plays an important role in expressing ourselves. For me, it depends on my mood. But I always use my favorite colors to feel safe and comfortable. You can see how we combined our winter looks below.

Sweater Weather

It is officially our first outfit post: now, more detailed. While writing this post, there is only one song in my head: The Neighbourhood – Sweater Weather. I hate cold, so wool sweaters make my days in winter. Especially oversize wool sweaters! My winter wardrobe contains tones of them, but guess what! As every woman, I can't help myself buying the new ones. Today's post is about how to wear an oversize sweater in different styles. Sure, anyone can easily wear it with trousers or leggings which is an old-fashion way. The point is how to look cool and fashionable in it. Starting with my outfit, you can combine it with leather oversize trousers and stilettos if you want to have a cosy and confident look! Another one is a magnificent trio: an oversize sweater, midi skirt and a high heel ankle boots! All of them are the season's must have pieces. So, it's up to you which to choose..
